Shipping policy
All of our books are printed and fulfilled on demand through a third-party production partner, BookVault UK. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on destination and production volume.
Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow:
- Processing time: 14-21 business days.
- During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer
Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available for your region).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT/GST
- Customs fees
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in our pricing.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional import fees upon delivery.
VAT / GST Collection
Depending on the destination:
- VAT/GST may be collected at checkout (where applicable)
- In some countries, taxes may be collected by customs upon delivery instead.
International Delivery Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or postal services
- Some regions may experience longer delivery times during peak seasons
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for international delays
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement or delivery issues
We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid address information
If a package is returned to sender, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
